Dona Price

My passion is painting the outdoors, where I derive my inspiration. I frequently take photographic expeditions in the North Georgia Mountains with my husband.

I am self taught but truly developed my craft when I became good friends with my mentor and professional artist, Heide Von Borgwardt. I painted with Heide in her studio in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania and on natural locations many times.

I became a member of a plein air group when I moved to Florida and derived pleasure painting the varied scenes in this part of the country.

I hope you enjoy my work as much as I've enjoyed painting each one.

I am a member of the Artisans of Flowery Branch and the Atlanta Artists Center.
